- Order & Payment
- Orders are processed only after full or partial payment confirmation.
- For large bulk orders, customized pricing and lead times apply.
- In case of payment gateway failures, customers must confirm with their bank before reordering.
- Returns & Replacement Policy
We accept returns/replacements only under the following conditions:
- The product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- All items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with accessories, manuals, and invoice.
Not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or third-party repair
- Consumable accessories (like cables, screen guards, ear tips, etc.) unless defective
- Open-box items, clearance products, or customized orders
All returns are subject to inspection before replacement or refund approval.
- Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our end.
- Cancellations
- Cancellations are allowed before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation or modification is not possible.
